If it is stuck with the “Load” step In Progress, it is possible the esclations are turned off on that server

It is not even going past the Data Load process, yet works perfectly fine on another machine. On Execution with Debug it shows Remedy Application Service as the User and Load Run in the details. If you need any other details please let me know. This is a Training Server running on Windows with SQL database version 8.1 of ARS and ITSM with no patches.
