Hi Christian,

Meta-Update can transfer what ever you like, however you like, by opening
connections simultaneously to Remedy and ServiceNow. This include
attachments, permissions, etc.

In addition, Meta-Archive will archive data to HTML and copy the generated
URLs and selected searchable fields to a ServiceNow form.

Contact me off-list for more info.

Cheers,

Subject: SNOW Migration

Hi folks,

I know there are several folks who have been working with Remedy as well as
SNOW who subscribe to this list. I'd like to get some honest perspectives
as to your opinions, migration experiences, customer service, pricing, level
of effort to from a project perspective to make the jump assuming full ITSM.
The spectre of SNOW has been seen so I'm gathering information. Thanks in
advance.

Christian Smerz
