SAME SAME -- It was a NON-Event..
Solaris 9 / Oracle 9 (no dst patch) ARS 5.12 (no DST patch) ..
Solaris has the DST time change .. that was all that was needed for me..

Well I hope everyone's testing went as well as mine.  I found NO adverse
results in my testing.  We have basic Remedy/HelpDesk application usage and
our main concern was business time calculations.  I also looked at
historical data and found no adverse results.
