I would like to find out what methods are out there to accomplish the configuration of dynamic qualifications for example; Have a table with the following columns and values. Request ID | Qualification 000000000000001 | $USER$ + " has logged ticket " + $TT$ + " with CTI " + $Category$ + "," + $Type$ "," $Item$ I would then like to use the qualification as the Value in a Set Fields for Active Links or Filters instead of hard coding the string for setting a field. Hope it make sence.
