** Hello, We are using ARS 6.3 with SunOS 5.9 with Java 1.4.2_05. When we are starting arsystem by 'root' login, all services are running fine. But we are getting an error while we are trying to start arsystem by using login as 'aradmin'. It is starting all required services except 'arplugin'. When it is trying to start plugin it gives error like this: Action Request System AR System Application Command Dispatcher Version 6.03.00 patch 020 Remedy, a BMC Software company. I think it can be permission issue to some folder or file may be related to Java but do not know the exact name. I have already checked permissions for arsystem, lck, conf and plugin files. All are looking fine for user 'aradmin'. Please share if some one has an idea about the solution of this error.
