In such a competitive market, there is almost always someone who will do it faster, cheaper and with less people (doesn't mean that the quality of the end product will be better). Rick is correct though. If the customer wants it done in two weeks vs. two months or wants a vanilla install and config vs. a customized solution, the numbers and prices can change dramatically. Without knowing the scope (i.e. what is involved in "configuring"), I could only guess at the proper time and resource requirements. It's been a tough and grueling job with very little thanks from the support teams (not to mention minimal input) who are using it. I'm just curious, what is normal with an implementation in terms of headcount? how many people typically work on an implementation of the whole itsm suite? _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org <http://www.arslist.org/> ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
