Hi everyone, I have Remedy ARS 6.3 installed on Windows Server 2003 and I have Help Desk Fixed License. I am using the Demo user to update some records (Incident and problem). My problem rises when I try to update some record that the Demo user is not the owner. For instance, if I try to update one record that the Login*+ field is different from Demo I receive the following error message:
You must have a Help Desk Fixed License to modify case information. (ARERR 42090) I don't understand because I have this kind of licenses. Does anyone have some idea why it is happen?
