In ITSM 7.0 there is no 'Business Time Holidays' or 'Business Time
Workdays' - there is:

'Business Time Segment'

I have two records create in here - one called 'BusinessHours' and one
called 'BusinessHolidays'.

The "Level" in here for business hours is 1 and the "Level in here for
holidays is 2.
