I'm currently at patch 6. I have figured out why it is doing this. I have added two new fields to the Overview Console and this works without any issues. However, if I try to have one of these two fields sorted in the table then my Incidents disappear.
I have logged an issue with Remedy when I have this fixed I will let everyone know.
