Will, How about being excluded from all Remedy positions because one does not have OOB experience? Please do not think that I am trying to diminish those that have that knowledge. Nor do I mean to imply that OOB is easy to learn.
My point is anyone with decent Remedy experience regardless of the environment, custom vs OOB, should be able to learn OOB functionality. The trainling classes were not available.
