I was wondering if anybody out there is willing to share a spreadsheet of their operational catalog. We're putting ours together, but it would be nice to have an existing example from another remedy customer to use as a starting point. I've started to put some values together based on what I can glean from our existing CTI list and what I know about our business, but... I'd really like to take a peek over someone else's shoulder :)
