Hello, this is my first time in ARSList. I noticed that in version 7 you can only update the notification preferences for people records that are Support Staff* only! Why is this? I thought that you could update Non-Support Staff people's notifications as well. I read through all of the configuration books and PDF's I could find and found nothing on this.
How can I update Non-Support Staff People records notification preferences? If Out-of-Box there is no way to do this is it recommended to make a customization? I found the active link that enables the "Update Notification Preferences" button on the CTM:People form so that it enables for Non-Support Staff people records will this work or is it more complicated than this? My customers need to be able to update non-support staff people records. Please if someone has done this before could you give me some hints of a workaround or at least a place to start.
