Hi, We are trying to build a list of Product Categorizations and we are getting new Remedy resources so our team does not have the DSL install as high priority right now.? Is there somewhere I can get a list of recommended Product Categorizations??I went thru the Technical Guides and I found a?Best Practice List for Operational Categorizations.? About how long does it take to install the DSL on Dev - is there any serious impact???
