I have a user who has a read license and is unable to modify her own ticket. The fields on which she is erroring have Public read, and then an explicit group with modify rights. The user is a member of that explicit group. Also, the Allow any user to submit flag is checked.
Yet, my user still receives: You do not have a right license, and Unable to modify field: Status errors. Any idea which subtlety I'm missing?
