I use both html and plain text. For the plain text I set a temp field
as the email body. Set field actions allows basic control over
formating field name and values. I then pass the temp field as a
variable for the email body text. One issue we found using html is many
users disable or block html in their work environment due to the spam
issue.

Subject: Email Notifications

I'm currently on Version 6.3 with a SQL database. Is there a way to
control how the email notifications are formated? When you include
specific fields you want to send in the notifications. Can you control
the order of those fields? If so how?

Thanks,

Timothy Palmer
