      Yes. But the outlook form is with the values "Summary", "Submitter" and 
"Details" as Labels and
      the corresponding values as text typed in the Text Fields.

Subject: Creating a ticket in Remedy Using Outlook Forms

Hi,

      Can anyone please tell me that process to create a ticket in Remedy using 
Outlook Forms.

I have a couple of Outlook Forms from which I want to directly create a ticket 
in Remedy once I receive the form in a mailbox.

The ticket should be filled with the details like summary, description, 
requestor, CTI's, group, Case Type, Status, Priority etc. and the outlook form 
being attached to the ticket in Remedy.
