I have a couple of Outlook Forms from which I want to directly create a ticket in Remedy once I receive the form in a mailbox. The ticket should be filled with the details like summary, description, requestor, CTI's, group, Case Type, Status, Priority etc. and the outlook form being attached to the ticket in Remedy.
