I personally have worked with both ColumnIT and Raptek, both good firms, but
that's for 'First Level' support for products purchased from BMC (AR System,
ITSM, etc)...I'm sure there are TONS of other quality firms out there, but
to even consider any of them you need to go through BMC to get permission to
use them as a level1 support company.
