Wouldn't it be cool if you could have voice recorded bulletins in Remedy? I wonder if it is possible by using an audio file or video file as an attachment, and somehow calling a media device such as quick time, and playing that audio file or video file with the "Refrigerator falling from the sky" alert!
That would make for a very cool multi-media like home page..
