I find this happens when I have logging on in the User tool and click
the drop down menu.  

 

If I turn logging off, I can click the drop downs and not have the User
tool crash.

Sorry it took so long... yesterday was a challenge. 

The menus work fine over the web. These are all out of the box menus but
it looks random.. although I'm sure it's not. For example, the
relationship type drop down on the Relationships tab on HPD:Help Desk
Classic
