Hi,

A couple of these works in Mid-Tier on Ubuntu, others do not. For
example:
- CTRL-ALT+L locks my windows session (password to resume)
- CTRL-ALT-F2/F3 switches to prompt login in Linux

I am very used to keyboard shortcuts in the native client, and I have
made wide use of the possibility to create your own shortcuts for many
of my clients where speed and repetitive work is done.

It is very bad that we have lost much of this...
