Basic rules for this combination: Run the UT in XP Compatibility mode. And while you can use the UT for *AR System* 7.6 functions (like administration), it is NOT supported for *ITSM *7.6 functions. Yeah, they kinda snuck that one in on us, but it is what it is. Consoles don't load right (if at all), and forms crash it. Just go to the browser and be done with it, except when you have to use the UT.
