There is this company (I think from California) – I met them at the 2011 RUG.. They have something that you might be looking for. Their name is right there at the back of my mind but I just do not seem to recall either the company name nor the names of their reps that were there there..
I do however have their business card at home, so if you check back on this thread, I’ll write back with their information.. Hint – they had a data load utility for ITSM 7.0.x before even BMC had any that were known..
