Guillermo, Two methods I can think of 1 - Update the ar.cfg/ar.conf file and set the 'Disable-Escalations' value to T/F and either restart the remedy service, or execute an arsignal 2 - Utilize an API of some sort to change the server property
Both of these solutions of course assume that you are not in a server group.
