We have some users in Germany and noticed some of them have umlauts(ü) in their email address.(Ex: volk.bü[email protected]) While sending notifications to that address from remedy we are seeing errors in remedy logs.
* Message Text : Email address contains invalid characters. volk.bü[email protected]* What is annoying is when this error happens the whole email is failed. It is not even sending to the other valid email addresses in the To list. Questions: 1. Is this really a valid character in email address field? 2.
