Hello All,
Recently we are observing these errors in the "stderr.log" and email engine
error log form.
We checked the emaildaemon.properties file for any TimeOut settings. There were
none.
Is it related to ARSystem or Exchange Server?

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Additionally, we do not want to add the parameter
"com.bmc.arsys.emaildaemon.SMTPTimeout" in the "emaildaemon.properties" file.

ITSM 7.604 Sp2
CMDB 7.6.04
Please let us know where/what other aspects to look out for.
