My users want an email notification when their Incident is modified. I have
created a Filter where:
On Modify, Execution order = 0 if ('DB.Last Modified Date' != 'Last Modified
Date') AND ('Status' < "Resolved") AND ($USER$ != 'Assignee')
Action = Notify
Mechanism = Email
Priority = 3
User: Assignee
Subject: $Incident Number$ has been modified
Text: $Incident Number$ has been modified. Open the ticket to view the changes.
No outgoing email gets created/sent. Your assistance is appreciated.
