Thank you Jon for providing your information to the arslist. It's not often (with the exception of Doug Mueller) a bmc executive participates in the list and your attention is appreciated.
When an executive volunteers to follow-up we should always graciously take advantage of that offer. What better way to make sure you're receiving the exposure to issues you're having at a level high enough to make a difference in bmc process.
