I completely agree...I was just ensuring that when you say 'If unhappy with
Remedy, try Remedyforce', that people aren't confused thinking they are
somehow not changing platforms/technologies.  I took the Force.com training
courses a few years ago and was very impressed with their capabilities.  I
know that BMC wouldn't agree, but moving from Remedy to Remedyforce is
similar to moving from Remedy to SNOW, in that you are moving from one
technology to another technology.  I'm not comparing SNOW and Remedyforce
in that statement, other than the fact that they are both different
techonlogies from Remedy :)
