Dear Deep,

you have raised the most important issue about Bangladeshi deportation. it is
true that we have to be happy & content by deporting only the likes of Mr.
Kamaruddin!!!

Kmaruddind is expelled but he has left us a burden of 6 chidlrens (as per News
reports)......6 more votes from the Bangladeshi immigrant community after about
10-12 years!!!

think of such Kamaruddins still on the large.......may be few lacs if not
millions!! than guess the burden ( and danger of Bangladeshi inclined
votes) they have produced! it might be in millions!!!!
This situation is prevailing due to the Citizenship act -1956 by dint of which
the childrens of the likes of Kamaruddin become indians by Birth. although
the act is similar to the same types of acts of the civilised nations of the
world it actually is Gross INJUSTICE to the indegeneous people of the
Bangladeshi INFESTED places like Assam. This act is clearing the path for
destruction of the Indegeneous people of Assam. This type of act is only
usefull for the CIVILISED nations of the Europe and other handfull nations like
USA, Canada, Australia etc. and not usefull at all to deal with the VIRUS like
Bangladeshi Immigrants.

i dont know whether this problem is taken care of in the Assam accord or not.
if not , the situation will become worse even after implementing the
accord fully.

I would like to know if the act can be ammended so that AT LEAST , childrens
born to post 25/03/1971 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants can also be deported.

after all, Law/Act is made by humans for the smooth functioning of the society.
not for endengering one section of it. So, LOGICALLY, the Act can be ammended
to safeguard the Indegeneous of Assam. (i think, ONLY THE LAW OF NATURE  i.e.
PHYSICS&CHEMISTRY  REMAINS INTACT).

also, if the Act can't be ammended for the whole of India it must be ammended
as a special case for Assam. (Now, someone dont ask why as a special case for
Assam? if IMDT could be enacted the said Ammendment also can be done.).

i think , we indegeneous people should think as above and also act promptly.

Dear Sirs/Madams,

There was a news that, The identified Bangladeshi Mr. Kamaruddin of Jomunamukh
was arrested and being sent to Bangladesh. But the Wife and Childrens of
Kamaruddin are allowed to stay in India. I dont understand, if the Father is
illegal Bangladeshi how the Childrens can be citizens of India.

if it is so, how many Bangladeshis out of the about 50 lacs we will be able to
expell?
