Friends, I fail to get the brainstorming part in this thread :-') An idea was to issue Work Permit but none come forward with a likely amount a day labour will pay per year to government as income tax.

The DATA SAYS- The population of Assamese speaking people in seven districts of the Brahmaputra Valley of Assam declined while that of Bengali speakers there increased over a 10-year period from 1991 to 2001 Rpt 1991-2001. Now it is 2008. Please have a close look and realise the gravity. Are we not being hoodwinked the same set of people again and again. It is a large Excel file. Please store it properly and see it youself what is actually happening and how many of us actually speak Assamese langugage.
