Steve,
how looks the assp log for such a message?
The socket seems to be closed by assp inside the DATA part of the mail.
This is normal, if a spam is blocked because of any recipient and/or
content check.
You should configure your MTA to ignore (not deliver) messages that where
not cleanly received (conversation stopped without a 'QUIT').

Hi
Is anyone having issues with repeated mail being re-queued & resent over &
over again to anyone that uses the Symantec messagelabs service?
This has been happening to my clients intermittently for a few weeks now.
I can't get to the bottom of it... I moved from IIS SMTP to Mailenable.
This has not fixed it. If I take ASSP out of the mix, no issues........
ASSP version 2.0.2(2.0.19)
Mailenable 5.03
Win2k8 R2 fully patched.
