Your DSL supplier, if you have an IP-block then get them to delegate it in RFC style with CNAME records to you eg assuming an 8 address block $ORIGIN 134.12.66.in-addr.arpa. 64 IN CNAME 64.reverse.ernestoreyes.com. 65 IN CNAME 65.reverse.ernestoreyes.com. 66 IN CNAME 66.reverse.ernestoreyes.com 67 IN CNAME 67.reverse.ernestoreyes.com. 68 IN CNAME 68.reverse.ernestoreyes.com. 69 IN CNAME 69.reverse.ernestoreyes.com. 70 IN CNAME 70.reverse.ernestoreyes.com 71 IN CNAME 71.reverse.ernestoreyes.com.Then set up your own subdomain reverse.ernestoreyes.com. on your own DNS servers (did I mention you need 2? well seperated, preferably on different networks and power companies)
$ORIGIN reverse.ernestoreyes.com. 64 IN PTR yourhostname.ernestoreyes.com. etcif it's only a few addresses you may convince them to load your host names into the zone file. You also need them to declare your IP addresses as fixed to the RBL maintainers, so that other ASSP users (et al) will not automatically reject your outbound mail as being on the dial-up-list
