Assalamualaikum Warohmatulohi Wabarokatuh. Masjid dekat kantor saya setiap hari senin ada pengajian membahas kitab tafsir dan saya biasanya datang mengikuti pengajian tersebut. Selama saya mengikuti pengajian tsb saya menilai ustadznya bagus cara menerangkan kitab tafsirnya (menurut saya). Persoalannya ketika ada yg bertanya pada ustadz tsb mengenai hukum qunut subuh, tahlilal, merayakan Maulid Nabi, meng-azan kan mayit dlm kubur, sholat sunat sesudah sholat asar, shubuh beliau menjawab dengan jawaban sbb ;
1. Selama tidak ada larangan/hadits dari Nabi, kenapa kita melarangnya. 2. Untuk tahlilal beliau menjawab : Dari pada kita main gaple lebih baik kita yasinan. 3. Untuk meng-azan kan mayit beliau menjawab : Dari pada kita nyanyi lebih baik kita azan. Saya mohon nasehat dari antum sekalian, apa saya terus mengikuti pengajian tsb?, atau bagai mana cara menyanggah jawabannya. Terus terang jika untuk menyanggahnya saya tidak ada ilmunya.
