That it still requires installation of a JVM on the client's system (most browsers nowadays don't have it installed). And then again, it required downloading the software to be used from the server, which is not such a grand idea. If Java were installed by default in the browser, it would be nice to use such a phone. But as things stand now, a simple softphone is just as good.
