Thanks for the feedback Darrick; It seems like it start to boot with the 586 image, although I cant see any info on the terminal after "GRUB loading"
I tried different settings with the terminal and baud with no luck. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Darrick Hartman (lists) Sent: Thursday, November 22, 2007 11:45 PM To: AstLinux Users Mailing List Subject: Re: [Astlinux-users] PC ENGINES ALIX Philip Prindeville wrote: > This was just posted on Asterisk-users: see the thread starting with > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > entitled "Asterisk on Pcengines Alix board", in particular Andrea > Cristofanini's posting on 11/21/2007. > > > Kevin Kiely wrote: >> Has anyone used astlinux with the new PC Engines ALIX board? >> >> I tried the i586 image but had some problems seeing the grub output >> and astlinux loading after the BIOS loaded. You'll likely have to use an image from trunk or asterisk-beta. The kernel is newer in there than in the 0.4 releases. We should see a 0.5 release soon (although soon is to be determined, but I'm hoping for the end of the month unless some big problem is discovered).
