It does the same thing that Lonnie suggested doing. Commenting out the network device from the runnix config so it doesn't attempt to obtain a lease.
Basically, edit the /oldroot/cdrom/os/default.conf file so the NDEV line is commented out: # Network support # Runnix can upgrade your .run files from a # network # Configure the network interface here # Device connected to network #NDEV="eth0" This will prevent runnix from attempting to obtain a lease on the box during boot.
