Hi all

I have come across a bit of a problem with my new 1.0.2(1.8.9.2) AstLinux
installation.

My build:

Via EPIA Mini-ITX with C3 CPU, with an X100P card. The X100P card I have
is capable of handling complex impedances, with a patched wcfxo module
(It's this one: http://x100p.com/products/FXO.php - there is a link on
the page to a pdf which gives instructions on how to patch the Zaptel
wcfxo kernel module). I have used the correct installation image for my
hardware.

I have got everything up and running bar outgoing calls via PSTN. I
listen on the line, the card picks up the line, I hear dialtone, and I
hear the outbound DTMF. However, the dialtone does not end once dialing
starts. I suspect that this is because i haven't been able to set the
line standards on the card.

I am in New Zealand, so I require the complex impedance capability.

One thing I have noticed is that even though I have the line
'MODOPTS="wcfxo:opermode=1"' in /mnt/kd/rc.conf.d/user.conf, that is
does not set the mode to CTR21.

It also seems like I can't patch wcfxo, as there's no sources, and I
don't know how to get what's required.

So a few things really:

1. Can anyone provide me with a patched wcfxo module (I'll also need to
know where to put it so it doesn't disappear after a reboot)
2. How can I ensure that that when the module loads, it does so with the
opermode option

regards

Frank
