Hi Lonnie I tried wctdm, but it doesn't recognise the card.
However, after going through the documentation again, I added the following to [channels] in chan_dahdi.conf: rxgain=2.0 txgain=3.0 problem solved! This is my first Asterisk deployment, and I'm really happy how relatively painless it has been. I've installed AstLinux on an old Wyse 9450 WinTerm, and so far the call quality has been miles better than the Linksys SPA3102 that I had been using. (Dumb me only realised I could use the 3102 as the PSTN channel AFTER building everything!) regards Frank On 18/3/2012, "Lonnie Abelbeck" <li...@lonnie.abelbeck.com> wrote: >Frank, > >Also view the results of "modinfo wcfxo" and "modinfo wctdm" and google the >'parm' accordingly, that may help. > >Lonnie > > >On Mar 18, 2012, at 8:16 AM, Lonnie Abelbeck wrote: > >> Did you try using the wctdm kernel driver instead of wcfxo ?
