That's what I would do, and for this reason: if someone finds both your
lastest entries document and your archive document, they'll be able to
recognize from the atom:id values that that the entries in each are
copies of the same data.
It could be argued that since the entries' atom:id values are the same
(assuming that's what you intended to do...which would be the correct
thing to do since they're the same entries no matter what feed they get
copied into), you should be able to recognize that the entries are the
same from just those. But the combination of the feed's atom:id and the
entry's atom:id matching provides greater confidence that someone didn't
accidentally duplicate someone else's ID.
