How does this apply to headphones? My Transporter gets here on Monday, and I'm in the process of building a Gilmore Dynahi amp. The next question is, will I see a substantial improvement if I upgrade from my Grado SR-80s to, say, the Sennheiser HD-650? What about something ultra-high-end like a Grado RS-1/GS-1000, or the discontinued AKG K1000?
