Well there is good and bad.

For example, try Mezzanine by Massive Attack (I know it's "trip-hop") -
this is a very well recorded album with bass that will stretch any
system to its limits in terms of frequency extension, resolving ability
and power delivery. (Wish you were here by PF is another but rather
OT).

The latest Goldfrapp album is very well recorded too. Anything by Fat
Boy Slim...

However, by and large anything with non-singing (ie people blowing into
mics and making drum noises with their mouths) is going to exhibit
dubious quality...(runs quickly for safety of local police station)
