Your statement "I-Tunes is the format" coupled with your intention to
write a review concerns me because I get the sense you may be going
into this without a full understanding of digital audio formats. 
iTunes default audio format is LOSSY meaning if you are using iTunes
ripped audio you are not dealing with the original source as you would
be playing a CD via your regular transport.

Pay attention to the tips others have provided in this thread to ensure
you really are comparing apples to apples otherwise your review will
amount to nothing more than misinformation.  I don't mean for this to
be a personal attack, I just want to be sure that when you pen your
review it is written having carried out a like comparison, however
subjective it may ultimately be.  If you have questions don't hesitate
to ask, there are many people here (as you've already seen) who are
more than willing to assist.
