I saw an ad in this month's Uncut magazine for a Project Debut turntable with USB - anyone got any experience of those? The normal Debut is about £100 and really isn't too bad for the occaisional user like me.
My fairly lo-tech/lo-fi method is to use a Hi-MD minidisc walkman (set to record from its line-in as wav) from an analogue out on my amp. Then through SonicStage (aaargh!) to dump it to hard drive as a normal wav.
