Seconded with knobs on!

The SB3 is NOT bad company for expensive amp/speaker rigs. Sure it can
be improved by a good DAC...but you won't really notice a major
improvement through run-of-the mill setups. I'd rather have an SB3
driving a great amp/speaker setup than some super DAC driving some
weedy amp and speakers. Of course your M is free to V.

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call minimal...

...SB3+TACT+Altmann+MF DACXV3/Linn tri-amped Aktiv 5.1 system and some
very expensive cables ;o)
