I dare anyone to listen to the audiophile digital remaster of miles
davis a kind of blue in a chord Choral Blu CD transport & Choral DAC64
digital audio converter (15,000) or any other hyper expensive digital
front end, and after, listen to a regular press (not 180gr) of the same
record on an average record player, lets say a rega p3, rb300 arm and
denon 103 cartridge (700 dlls)

Even any non-audiophile listener will tell you that the cd has less
dynamics and more noise. Vinyl sound is still far superior than any cd
including high bit audiophile recordings. Nothing digital can beat a
properly mastered, cut and pressed vinyl, this makes vinyl less
consistent, but when you have a right press which is quite often, you
are transported in music to heaven.

Now if you have a more decent analogue combination like mine, any
digital front end seems completely mediocre including the TP. I have a
TP because of convenience and because many records that i like dont
come in vinyl, and yes the sound is very very good for being digital,
so i cant complaint. I am very aware of digital limitations.
