I'm a little confused why you would need a remote on the Benchmark if you're running a duet through it. You'd presumably be using the Duet controller for volume adjustments.
The Benchmark has an analogoue volume control (which in my opinion is a significant advantage over the Transporter), but you just set it to the appropriate level of attenuation and forget it.
