Many variables need to be accounted for in any taste test of coffee including the sighted ones in which the coffee lovers expressed a clear preference for the Caffefile 200. Here's my second question. Can you suggest any kinds of variable that do pertain to blind taste tests yet do not to sighted taste tests? Darren
