I can even prove that the cheaper is actually better if needed. I can also prove the contrary. It all depends on the "assumptions" of the missing parameters.
But what's the point really ? So... either we fix all other variables (no assumptions accepted) and we try to study only one left (for instance the audience's ability to distinguish the samples) or we can never come to a conclusion. To be funny, some similar "tests" that I've come through, they even manage to come to a conclusion AND validate their assumptions at the same time ! Wonderful ! p...@opaqueice : I copied your own first and last phrases... They were supposed to be funny, no ? And yes, perhaps you teach statistics, and i use them every day, no problemo. ;) -- Themis SB3 - North Star dac 192 - Denon 3808 - Sonus Faber Grand Piano Domus ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Themis's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14700 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=56712 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
