Well... the clock injection is to ensure that the SB clock is replaced
by the Pace Car Clock...

But to me this is a silly way to go about things, since most DAC's
don't have an I2S input and so you will get jitter re-appearing between
the Pace Car and the DAC via their SPDIF link. I notice they recommend a
$369 I2S cable for this purpose (!)...

The best method IMO would be to use a DAC with Clock-out and drive the
SB clock from that.
